Manuela Tavares Morais
Joined PLMJ in 1994.

About Manuela
Manuela is a senior counsel in the Dispute Resolution practice. With over 20 years' experience, she practises in various areas of civil and commercial law, with a particular focus on civil procedure, insolvency and corporate restructuring.
She has advised both Portuguese and foreign clients in multi-jurisdictional court proceedings, particularly in cases involving the insolvency and liquidation of credit institutions. Manuela also represents creditors and debtors in negotiations in special corporate recovery proceedings.
